Saab 9-7X Overview
The 9-7X was the first SUV from the Swedish automaker Saab, and as befitting its ancestry
as a GM corporate model designed for American tastes, it was built in Ohio. Built in order
to keep customers in the Saab fold who would otherwise be lost when they chose to buy
an SUV, the 9-7X was an interim measure, and was largely supplanted by the car-based
monocoque 9-6X.
