Lincoln Blackwood Overview
The Blackwood was a one-year-only derivative of the Ford F-150 pickup truck.
Handicapped by a high price, poor performance, and very limited utility
relative to its competition (at the time, the Cadillac Escalade EXT). The
niche it staked out in the luxury market was filled by Ford Motor Company
with the Lincoln Mark LT, which debuted for 2006. The Blackwood was sold
only as a 4-door crew cab.
