Notes: A bigger engine powered Lexus's entry-luxury sedan for 2004. The venerable 3.0L V-6 was bored out to 3.3 liters for the Camry twin, thus necessitating the new ES 330 designation . The new motor added 15 horsepower and 20 pound-feet of torque, and did so at lower revs, providing an even smoother delivery of power. This extra power cost one additional mpg in the city. Other details were moderately revised, including the airbags and the navigation system. The sedan's pricepoint was unchanged.
