Notes: Expected for 2003, the XJ redesigned was pushed back into
the 2004 model year, but only just. Thus, the nine-year-old X300
platform continued on for a last, abbreviated season. Prices for all
five models (the XJR 100 was a one-off) remained frozen. At a $750
premium over the price of a base XJ8, a Sovereign package was available
with walnut/leather steering wheel, a new stereo, heated front and
rear seats, and revised wheels. A $1500 R-Performance package for
the XJR offered silver wheels and cross-drilled brakes rotors.
