Notes: For 2002, the top-flight Vanden Plas SC was renamed Super V8. The long-wheelbase XJ8L was discontinued due to low sales volume. Two new models were added: the XJ Sport and a special-edition XJR 100. The XJ Sport was distinguished by its use of XJR 18-inch wheels, sport seats, and unique trim. The XJR 100, which commemorates the 100th birthday of Jaguar founder William Lyons, featured exclusive 19-inch wheels, Anthracite black finish, cross-drilled Brembo brakes, and a charcoal interior with red cross-stitching.
