Notes: The CL received a restyle for 2003. Headlamps and taillights were replaced, new wheels were fitted, and other minor trim changes were made. The 3.2CL Type-S gained a manual transmission (a 6-speed) option this year. When so equipped, a limited-slip differential replaced the antiskid system. The CL and its TL sedan twin became an orphaned platform this year as Honda redesigned the Accord, which had shared its chassis with the Acura duo. While the TL was redesigned for 2004, Acura chose to simply discontinue the CL, due to its slow sales. Production space was used for TL sedans instead.
